Okay, so I went out and got a Cinema 7 and I'm gonna return my 15-1994. So, since you asked, the codes I'm using are these

TV
GE 1147

VCR
Toshiba 0045

DVD Player
Toshiba 0503

None of the RCA receiver codes worked for my receiver but I got it to learn from my remote, so I'm happy. Oh, and the one button I forgot that I wanted to add was the Open button for my DVD Player. Thanks again for your help.
