Rob you are a genius. I purchased the 15-1994 here in Canada last week, with all the support of you and this forum I figured "How can I go wrong". After a brief (extremely brief) read of the RS Manual I logged on and printed off your manual. This thing ROCKS! I have it running the following:
Scientific Atlanta Explorer 2000 Digital Cable Box
Toshiba VCR
Toshiba 2109 DVD Player
Yamaha CDC-575 CD Player
Yamaha RX-795a Recever
Toshiba TV

Plus I get to tinker, combining functions to make things simpler to use (a definite bonus with the Misses). I use the Smart Keys for that. 1 -> Powers up the most used TV, Rec, Cable, switches the Rec to TV. 2 -> Switches to DVD mode for watching movies from 1 (switches Rec to DVD, Switched TV to Vid 1 (S-video)). 3 -> Returns to TV mode from 2, and 4
->switches to VCR mode from 1.
