I just bought the 15-1994 here in Louisville KY. It's a great remote, I only have one problem. I can't operate my DSS and Jerrold cable box simutaneously. I had to program the up/down channel in the smart keys, so I can't use the keypad to input any channels. I tried storing the cable box code on the AUX keys, but no such luck. Any help???????
