I tried both methods using different buttons, both Hard and Touch Screen, but still No-Go.

I'm not too fussed though. This is the first relatively "cheap" remote that actually learned all the other codes from my 7 other remotes. I suppose 7 out of 8 isn't too bad. Now I only have 2 remotes on the coffee table and the rest in the drawer.
