Good to know you can find some codes to work with your TV, because I was pretty sure there were no Olevia codes. The link below will help get you started on using the advanced/discrete codes you found. Basically, you have to get a OneForAll remote (or one of the few Radio Shack remotes still available), press the setup (or similar named) button, then enter the 3 or 5 digit advanced/discrete code, and if your TV is on it should perform its function on the TV.
If it works, you can then repeat the process with the 3100 in learn mode and teach the command to the 3100, either in a place where you can use it all the time, or on another screen where you can use it in a macro.
