I haven't done much MoiP but our one supplier has the Vanco EVO-IP setup in their building and I saw it a bit ago and looked pretty good, and has an App for control so may be a bit of cost savings there.

Just remember going MoiP you require a network switch that can handle all the traffic and specific configurations. Netgear's AV line I believe is starting to become the defacto (there are others out there) but just keep that in mind with whatever brand you choose you need a proper switch to be configured for it.

Now a days unless you are staying around the 8x8 configuration with a matrix it becomes more cost effective to move towards the MoiP system. Provides a lot more flexibility with inputs/outputs. Troubleshooting and downtime is a lot less as if something were to happen to the matrix chassis you are down completely where as with MoiP you are only down a source.
