Howdy Mac!

I'm on Zoom meetings incessantly. Seems that since COVID, everyone wants to see your face when they talk to you. (I have no idea why, but they just assume that our ears don't work on phones anymore).

I refuse to comb my hair, so I keep my camera disconnected.

Anyway,

I have 2 different set ups on 2 different machines.

First.
Bose Speakers
BlueBall Mic.
Boom Arm

Second.
Monitor Audio WS100 (disco'd)
BlueBall Mic.
Boom arm

The key for me is the Blueball Mic.  For the price, I don't think they're touchable.
They make a decent mic for every budget, and when you get into the +$100 units, they're really quite good. Paired with a boom arm that you can push and pull in and out of your way, it might just be the way for you to go.
