Customers Sony XBR950H died 2.5 years in. I feel that's a bit too soon but things don't seem to last anymore.
That being said, customer wants good but doesn't need top of the line. TV is in a semi bright room (if shades are open) but no direct sunlight....most viewing is directly in front or just slightly off axis.
Love Sony but looking at some Samsungs..........

on the lower end- QN75QN85CA - around $1800
Mid - QN75QN90C- $2250
on the higher end 8K- QN75QN800C- $2999
Sell them something they can't buy in a store. The Samsung QN75QN95CAFXZA is CI only. Retail right now is $2799, and this is my go to for 4K TVs for customer who want the best.
