Yes, all sources are via HDMI. I don't know of any a/v syncing settings. Unless DishTV has one that I don't see.

However, I think I might have found the issue. The far right, when looking at the rear of the unit, speaker terminals are bent. These are the Surround Back speakers. I was able to find some car speakers with no box and hook them up. When I plugged them into the Surround Back. The right channel only produced the "all speaker" sound. But as the system goes around to check each speaker, it shuts down when it gets to the Surround Back left channel. Right channel is perfectly fine.

Looks like I'll have to take this thing apart to see if the speaker terminal is shorting out to chassis.

I would make sure the Left - Left + aren't shorted- the speaker - are common, so they can touch without problems.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."
