If it's an IR command you can teach it to the Harmony remote. Once you add it to the device you can then customize the activity and include the command in the shut-down sequence.

If it's not an IR command you will have to make a request to tech support that they add the command to the device. They may have you make an email request and warn you that it takes a long time for the tech team to respond to the request.
