I'm desperately on a search for the discrete power codes for TCL Google TV specifically for the model 50S446

I'm an IR code super-newb and have been all over the place on multiple forums and code DBs and still no like. The closest I came was finding codes for this exact model here: [Link: hifi-remote.com]

But opening the file it does not at all look like hex codes.

I'm looking to program descreet ON and OFF codes to my Broadlink RM4Pro universal remote.

Can anyone help or shove me in the right direction?
