I found a remote control that works,
Atlas Cable 4-Device (OR-37) and the conde is 0081. The exit button doesn't work for some reason. It also doesn't allows me to use the numpad in the VCR and they always output to CBL, but at least I can go to the menu and choose to use PAL-N or NTSC.
Try using the Channel unlock procedure:
TAP CBL once
PRESS and HOLD Setup until CBL blinks twice, release
Enter 973
TAP ch- once to deactivate.
