We can debate the risks in using any of these OEMs (I have no problem using 'some' of them), but the OP specifically ask for non-Chinese OEM products.

Interestingly enough = Google & Ring are not a China OEM but are made there, just like most things still. I would argue however Ring is worse than the Chinese government... by far. Do the research, it should be common knowledge at this point.
