I'm looking for a reasonably priced infrared remote that will let me enter codes such as those at below link, via keyboard and USB port:

Pretty sure they exist (or maybe there's a workaround), but not much luck finding one in North America. I do find things like this that might work --

... but not U.S. sellers.
