1. Disconnect your TSU9300 from your computer.
2. Launch the 9300 firmware updater. (see version I tested below)
3. From the starting screen of the updater program, Press Next.
4. You then will see a screen that indicates problems connecting with the Control Panel. Click the 'Troubleshoot' button.
5. Connect the pronto to your computer and then follow the instructions on the screen. Execute a, b, c in order and within the timeframes specified.

a. Press Home + Menu + PageUp
b. within 2 seconds of doing this, press Firmkeys 2 + 3 + 4 simultaneously and keep them pressed for at least 2 seconds.
c. When the control panel reboots and is in upgrade mode, the 'Repair >' button at the bottom of the screen will be enabled. You can this click this to force a full firmware update.

What you neglected to indicate in all your threads is what version of the firmware is currently running on the remote. The reason I ask is someone hacked the firmware to enable ProntoScript for the TSU9300 and that version is also in the files section.

To validate the instructions above, I installed TSU9300Updater_V7.3.3-1.4.5.exe to my machine and ran it.

Regards,
Lyndel
