Some years ago, I rather inadvertently stumbled into assisting a number of members with their Chunghop inquiries (mostly requests for RM-90 codes), which led to me learning more about Chunghop, their range of remotes, and cataloguing a number of user manuals for the files section. As a result, it became clear that there were a number of anomalies/discrepancies that could benefit from further explanation, hence this sticky post. I'm not sure if it was actually beneficial, but 19,000+ views and a decrease in Chunghop inquiries would suggest so. Regardless, I believe it's time for a change.
