I responded to your other thread. Firm1, Firm2, Firm3, Firm4, and Firm5 on the TSU9400 really mean the silver/gray physical Hard Buttons below the screen.
The Complete firmware reload is exactly the steps you called out here. I'm a bit confused as to why you said not as easy as described here.
