At this point, I would "un-integrate" the garage doors, put in new wall controllers, and see how it behaves. Then it is not on you if there are issues. Let the garage door installers have at it until it works reliably. Then, and only then, integrate them with your control system. This is our method with anything installed by another subcontractor, be it lighting, hvac, garage doors, pool controllers, etc. Make 100% sure it works right before doing anything with it. Or when something goes wrong, they always look at you first, even though it probably has nothing to do with you. :)
