There is a slightly simpler way to get to the desired Prontos:
Select the useful data with the mouse (line "35 CA 0E F1 Next Input Source" and the following seven lines), and copy to the clipboard (Ctrl-C).
In IrScrutinizer, select pane "Import", then subpane "Text/CSV", then subpane "Parametrized". We are to tell the importer how to treat the data. For this, select as Name col. 5, check "Multi col. name", Protocol "-", D 1, S 2 F 3, Misc. "-", set "Field separator" to WHITESPACE, and Radix 16. Then press the button "Load from clipboard". The program should now look like this
/>
Now the date has been successfully imported. To generate the prono hex: Press "Import all/param", anything at next popup. Then select the "Export" pane, select "Text" as Export format, check the "Pronto Hex" checkbox. Select "Autogenerate file names" and "Auto export formats" (or not). Press "Export param. remote". You get this

@Lyndel: you know that you can enter hexadecimal numbers as parameters just by prefixing them by "0x" (zero x)?
