Sure.

Just giving the user 256 signals just in the face is probably not a good idea, so you get all only when exporting. To do this (after you have filled in the generate/render pane), select the "Export" pane, select an export format of you liking, for example "text", make sure "Pronto Hex" is checked, and click "Export rendered" (in older versions "Export generated"). The will generate a file with all your signals.
