It is possible that all is needed to block is the dll. I blocked the 1st 3 and was still connecting to their server. Once I blocked the dll it quit connecting.

My next concern is installing onto a new system. Eventually I'll have to do that. The latest update I did was on 6/27 and that update modified CCP.info, URCFrame.exe, UDML8.dll, update_aid.dat, and MXSYS.DAT. It looks like I could do an install, then copy my current Program Files folder over it, and then have the database as of 06/27.
