I actually already bought some of these. Any idea on how the 3 pole receiver sees the 4 pole connector, aka if pinout for the 3 pole 3.5mm jack is tip TX, ring RX and sleeve ground, which pins are what with a 4 pole connector? I assume it sees tip and sleeve the same, but how does it see 2 and 3? Is 2 really 2?

Does my question make sense?
