Trying to install the drivers for the Keyspan in Windows 10 and when the blue bar of the InstallSheild Wizard goes to 100% I get this popup message:

The installed version of the application could not be determined. The setup will now terminate.

I am using the "USA-19HS Driver (Windows 7, 8 and 10, Windows 2008 Server R2)" file from the TrippLite website:

The directions say to not have the Keyspan connected and I have tried it disconnected and connected and get the same error.
