If you learn a remote on the Apple TV 4k, the code you teach for 'Next' , Play symbol + vertical bar '|', will function as the Home key with a Short Press. If you press this button for an extended duration, you will be taken to the 'Sleep' Menu.

20210829 - This functionality was removed after TVOS 14.3. Versions 14.4 through 14.7 don't have a way to get to the Home Screen.

However, here's the Pronto Hex for a working 'Home' command.
