They don't give A SINGLE DAMN about color or monochrome. This is for a two-story (i.e. two system) art gallery appended to a mansion in a pricey section of Los Angeles. They used the systems about four times during the last year that it worked right. It's used so seldom that the person who operates the system (rarely the client) always needs to rehearse running the system. They see zero value in upgrading AT ALL. (I've already proposed dragging them into, say, 2010).
I'll be looking into file conversion, so thanks for reminding me. I'm just having a hard time coming up with a search term that would find it on the RTI site.
