For a tv that old I would try Panasonic and sylvania tv codes.

One-For-All universal remotes have the oldest remote library, but over the years new models didn't have the older codes, but when they released urc-6820, 8820, 10820 and the hybrid urc-6690 they included all codes ever released by OFA, but first three models have been updated and so doesn't the big library. But the hybrid 6690 has never been touch so if you find an old one on ebay and do a tv codesearch there's good chance you get a match.
