I read a good article today that says quite the opposite. Contrary to all the hype, Tesla builds cars. Something like 89.6% of their income is from selling cars. So yeah, you can compare them to Ford. But, the type of company doesn’t even matter for the comparison. Just look at their earnings. Ford makes money.
You can’t see the forest for the trees! Of course they manufacture cars but they are not making the same kind of cars. They are not Ford. Nothing like them.
