WNYO on RF 16 is going to hard to receive in GTA .The signal is going to be very directional south to protect RF 16 For CITY in Woodstock.There has been some reference to FCC/WNED documents indicating Woodstock wishes to remain on RF 31.Hope GTA does not lose out on ASTC 3.0 for no reason.
