I am on site and cant get this remote to respond to any codes in the database. I am reading they use the same ol codes.
The installer did program the manufacture remote for RF remote.

Cox Contour in our area is is the exact same 'ol scientific atlantic code sets.
I'm not familiar with any RF remotes/settings with our Contour systems. Is this like DirecTV's RF setting that knocks out IR when set RF?
