By swapping parts, I also confirmed it is the main board, not the LCD. I suggest buying a used TSU7000 or TSU7500 on Ebay. If you can find one cheap with a cracked screen, you can swap the screens or main board fairly easily. A Youtube video shows how to open the case on a TSU6000 and there is a tutorial on Remote Central that shows how to replace the screen on the TSU7000/7500.
