I have seen more request for a remote in the last 12 months.. this is because people are over the mobile device,,, now I hear customers going , is there not a remote like we used to have, so I can just pick the thing up and turn on the Tv/system, with on button , with out having to find the phone/Tablet go to the App wait for app to start etc etc ..
