Well, pj is still on the floor. I had to layout a 8X24 board with mounting holes to mount across 2 joists and add holes for the chief mount and then paint it. That is done and installed. I also got the power, cables and cable outlets installed

Hope to finish hanging pj and putting the screen together and hanging Saturday.  Then I can work on the remote.  I will definitely keep you informed.
