I just got off the phone with Rasheed at URC. He looked at my programming file and could not find anything wrong, got stumped and just suggested I do some workaround. I said that's fine but maybe there is something wrong with the software and other people are having this problem. He said NO, so I said you might give him a call 1 (800) 901-0800 and ask for Tech Support.
When you call be in front of the computer and ready to send your CCP file.
Anyone else having this problem please call as soon as possible while the issue is fresh in their mind.
