Sorry, but no. The rc71 remote doesn't have separate device buttons or slide, so there's no way to power av receivers. just the tv and directv receiver.
I misread this and came away thinking you meant they couldn't be controlled, when you meant just power couldn't be controlled. Thanks for the clarification.
