There's only one version of the MX3000 editor and if you have it then a live update should take you to the current version. The hex editor is part of the universal browser.
Not sure if this is correct, from my memory,for a while you could get a version from URCs web site if you put in the serial # of the remote, (I did this when I got my MX3000 with a corrupt disc) this did not update.
