Hello,

I have the VRC-1100 media center remote control. I've read the ARC-1100 is the exact same remote sold under a different brand.

I'm using a USB-UIRT with HomeSeer. I can learn some of the buttons on this remote but not all of them. In particular, the Green "Start" button and the "Stop" button. I'm sure there are more that won't learn but these are the two I need to learn.

I've tried the lrnhelper app for the USB-UIRT but the results are no different. The learning process completes but transmitting the learned signal does nothing.

Can someone please help me troubleshoot this? Why would some buttons work but others not? Are there any other apps I could use to try to figure out what's going on?
