Why can't anyone manage to make a good, robust, reliable, piece of equipment with ip and serial control, and a nice gui. It's not rocket science. Just make the thing work as it is intended to work.
Pioneer Elite's been good to us. IP/232 on pretty much all but the lowest model, zero failures so far for us. We're dumping Onkyo as well. We've had a unit in for repair for almost 2 months and we just found out the needed part won't be in until November. Shockingly it's an HDMI issue. Also shockingly is we're swapping it out for an Elite just so we can be done with it.
