I think they're essentially the same units, maybe a few watts per channel more here or there, but I think the components are generally the same. But I can't say for sure, and I'm not taking any chances. 


At this point, I guess I'm just going to use Denon temporarily until I can find a new "go to".  

Why can't anyone manage to make a good, robust, reliable, piece of equipment with ip and serial control, and a nice gui.  It's not rocket science.  Just make the thing work as it is intended to work.
