I'm looking for help. I bought an MX-980 earlier this year and had it set up. He installed the URC setup software on my computer and guided me through the basic setup process. Recently I upgraded my laptop to Windows 7 and thought I still had the setup app saved in my files I transferred over but I can't find it. When I upgraded, Windows created a Windows.old folder copying over all the folders and files in my Program Files and Users. I see the Universal Remote Control folder and all the install files but obviously can't run it. I'm not able to get in contact with the dealer who set this up for me. Any suggestions without hiring a new dealer and paying them for set up? Is there a place I can go do download the install file? Thanks. You can email me at [email protected].
