Thanks. Makes sense, since I suddenly cannot receive WIBV and it had full strength the week prior. I was fairly certain the issue must have been with the station since I'm still receiving WKBW at full strength and it is further away with a slightly less powerful transmitter.

How did you come to know they were on a backup transmitter?
