feed the OTA tantenna to the TV UHF/VHF input. then run an SPDIF cable for digital audio from your TV out (most TV use optical but it could also be a coaxial digital audio out) to your Denon Digital audio IN (it has both kinds , either coaxial or optical).

But then if you want to watch that TV channel OTA you have to switch the TV to TV mode (OTA antenna tuner) and also switch the Denon to the input that you assigned for that digital audio connection you made. hope it helps.

More importantly I hope FOX and Cablevision reach an agreement, I beleive they did with Dish Network recently.
