I figured out the correct download link for the 1.4.7. firmware.
In Internet Exporer, right click on "RFX 9600 Firmware". Select "Save Shortcut". Then paste the link in the address bar and change Dec_2009 to July_2010 and change 1.4.5 to 1.4.7
Voilą!
.../July_2010/extfw-1.4.7-philips.bin
Obviously somebody forgot to update the URL...

I just noticed that the other two files I downloaded are named:
TSU9400Updater_V7.3.3-1.4.5.zip
TSU9800Updater_V7.3.3-1.4.5.zip
What's the deal with the -1.4.5.zip extension? Being a programmer myself, my gut react is that this indicates the V7.3.3 is intended to work with extender version 1.4.5?
Maybe the 1.4.7 extender upgrade is not needed and is not intended for release? I'll postpone installing any of these upgrades until we hear the final word from Philips...
Moderator Edit I believe that the extender upgrade
is required to stabilize Wifi problems (Extender not Available) and will likely also be required to correct ramping issues. I just reverified the files I downloaded from the Beta test and they too, have the 1.4.5 naming on the file. I will email Belgium for further comment.
