If you go to the RTI site and click on the XP-8, it has now changed to

"Available First Quarter 2008"

(the top page still says 4th quarter 2007)

sigh...another 2 weeks...

He said they started to ship them one way and should be 2-way by the end of first quarter 08. he might have been wrong but he seemed sure that there are some on the way to his branch.

RTI will have to release new software for the XP-8: as long as 5.1 shows on the site as the latest software, I would assume the XP-8 is not yet released

I wish they would release the software now, so we can begin building projects.

I think this is like the "waiting for water to boil" thing.

Lets just ignore this for awhile....and it'll show up when we least expect it.

Otherwise, we're all gonna go nuts.

PS. If the extra time is being used to make it better/more reliable/fantastic etc... then bravo to RTI. If the extra time is due to internal f ups.... then "get it together boys!"
...couple a thumb tacks and a stick of double sided tape should hold this baby up...

The last RTI seminar I was at in Dec. they had a prototype there. Mike said that they were in production at that time and we would have them shortly after the new year.
