Hi,

@rlsx:
> Is there a way to enable/disable the extension wthout restarting FF?

No. But you can create new profile and install extension into it.

@all:
Fortunately Firefox-packages are just zip-archives, that include javascript-files. So everyone can proof the code. It is not difficult, only 250 lines of javascript-code.

The registration of extension on mozilla-site take several weeks for proofing and publishing.

If this mod were a serious big application, may be it make a sense.
But I write it for my own needs and only wanted to share it with others. The first post in this thread with short description and screenshots was already a big effort for me, because I had to write english :)

If it were EXE or DLL, nobody ask for signing.

Best Regards,
hugbug

Please read the very first post in this discussion thread. Then, if you still have questions, I'm sure one or more of us would be happy to try and answer them.

no questions, just praise. I'm impressed.
The Harmony only mimics your original remotes. If you want macros get a Harmony 768. Use Firefox with harmonymod.

Rename harmonymod-1.0.xpi.zip to just harmonymod-1.0.xpi then open it with Firefox.
