Warm beer in our climate? You're Freakin' joking.

Stocks of bourbon are good but probably not as good as it would be over there.

Alcohol is more expensive here i think and harder to get. It's not difficult, but it's only sold in licensed liquor stores, not in every corner store.

I should also point out in case you have tasted it that no-none, and i mean NO-ONE in Australia drinks Fosters Lager, no matter what the ads might show or say. That stuff is about the worst beer you can buy here.

Shortage on liquor huh? How's your corn supply? And could you hook me up with a skilled welder? May smell an opportunity.

Bruce you are too good at what you do and have more knowledge than most here care to admit, you will land on your feet and move on to something else and be successful.

Yeah i could fix you up with a welder no problem.

What is really putting a smile on my face though is Fins is talking about coming to Australia. Even if it is to make cheap prohibition style bathtub bourbon.

Exactly. I also never said anything about bathtub style. I'm talking about quality, copper still produced liquor.

LOL, those guys are just for TV. I don't think any of them could make something drinkable. I live right next to Wilkes County where moon shiners and bootleggers are said to have started NASCAR. Bring up that show to some of the locals there and they will get fighting mad over how fake it is.

If you were making Bourbon here i think you would be a rarity.

Cant think of any Aussie brands off the top of my head.

Bourbon has to be manufactured in the U.S. to be called bourbon. Like Irish Whiskey has to be from Ireland and Champaign must be from Champagne. So if it's there, it would have to be imported.

So we should be calling your product Boobun?

On a different (Ernie related) subject. How did you manage to spell Champagne so differently when there is only 3 words between the Variants?

Too much Boobun?

Well, if it's made outside of the U.S., it couldn't legally be called bourbon. But, then again, if we are going to run an illegal bootlegging ring, I don't guess it would matter. But, Id be willing to bet that labeling it s good old fashioned American style moonshine may bring a bigger price tag.

As for Champagne, that is the spelling for the region in France where the sparkling wine was first produced. Champaign is a city in Illinois (a state in the U.S.). I fumbled the first word and spellcheck picked the wrong choice. And I didn't really pay attention until you pointed it out.

Casey, I must say that I didn't see the original, "misspelled ' version of the word, and I was giving you an undue credit for spelling French region's name correctly.
Thanks for clarifying it. :-)
