Anything is possible. I swear theres 3 factories in China making every piece of electronics in the world. I think Philips builds their own gear but who knows. UEI is manufacturer and definitely not the middle man for anyone.

Yeah I heard C4 has one plant do one part, then ships it to the other, then to the thirs to put the pancy C4 logo on it. Saves money?

see so quit being so hostile, this is where I tell you these forums are for us to help each other. First off, we dont have access to the swm dishes. We dont let directv step foot on our customers doorsteps. we handle as many aspects of our installations as possible. thats one less call waiting for dtv support on the phone for customers. If we could bring them thier internet and phone service we would. Please done take this the wrong way but thanks for the heads up.

dude, again you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. look up the SWM-8, SWM-E2, SWM-E4, FMC-6. they are not the SWM dishes. the SWM-8 is a multiswitch that takes the four feeds from your dish and turns them into single wire outputs for all of the latest gen directv receivers. the SWM-E2 and E4 and FMC-6 are chassis to install multiple SWM-8 multiswitches for larger jobs that need more than one 8 tuners. directv does not step foot on my properties, i just know what the hell i am doing. quit telling me to not be hostile, read your first post to me. you are one of those guys, start shit, then back off and say hey guys calm down.

i didnt take it the wrong way, you clearly stated you did not have access to the SWM dishes, they do make swm dishes (which i absolutely do not use) but that is not what i am talking about. how is that taking it the wrong way?

So I just read these posts and won't get that time back.

If it helps, in the timeframe of your posts I just got a nice piece of ass.

I highly recommend it... if it helps!

P.S - Sadly after getting a nice piece of ass I turn on my laptop to make sure everything is ready to go for tomorrow morning ::sigh::
