Got a few calls already. Took a bout an hour to the reset per TV. Take your time for this procedure. Otherwise, you be continue repeat it over and over. Think about update firmware on RTIs. This much worse.
Are we talking about the same thing? The reset I did was hold down the up arrow on the remote while you press the power button on the TV. "RESET" message appears on screen, and the TV turns off for a few seconds, and then turns back on and begins the initialization process as if you had just opened the box. It must not be a complete reset because when I went to update firmware it was already up to date.

Congrats eastside, your space looks great. Got this video from the builder:
We did not do the original install, but were called in to rip out and replace the Cl@r3e home automation system. Replaced kludge-y Slingboxes with Sonos and app control, kept Homeworks QS and shades and added app. Installed and programmed Somfy Translator box to allow HW to interface to and control Somfy motorized bug screens.
Also added Snap IP cams and NVR and app. Added access points for better wireless coverage. Customer is much happier as the system is much easier and more reliable.

I've seen that in the past, and honestly, I expected more. I was gobsmacked when they mentioned the automation system they would be going with. No surprise it's ripped out now.
I turned up to Remote Central after a couple of years away and noticed this thread was on the first page after nearly 8 years and had been viewed 1.3 million times. Never in my wildest dreams did i imagine it would last that long or be seen by so many. Cheers to those that have kept it alive.
I guarantee I'll tell you the truth and I guarantee I'll tell you what you need to know but I can't guarantee that I'll be telling you anything you want to hear.

A couple of pennies per post eh? That'd be about $190.00
I'm rich!

Well lets see about the: $190 (US) = $247.5 (AUD) (Aud) Income Tax (Lets assume a low 25%) = $62+/- (Aud). So we are now back to $190+/- (Aud) Now Lets take a trip: 200 Km = (124 M. US) 40 KmPG = (25 MPG) Cost: $57 (Aud), $12.50 (US) Hmmmmm Maybe not so rich. But hey I would love an extra $190.
I just saw your recent signature... our installer is a Tinder fanatic! He has 2 or 3 dates on some days! A maniac I tell ya!
Geez!! I was expecting to go to this thread and see that your announcing that you got a new 20 year old roommate from Colombia that looks like Shakira!
Bill's Electric & Home Theater & Plumbing & Automation & Small Engine Repair, and Animal Removal Services......did I mention we do remotes also?
I received an email from a place in Chicago that I mailed my tablet to for repair. They claim they never received it! The USPS said it was received "by someone". Damn, damn, damn!
...So out of curiosity I checked their yelp reviews... I think I got scammed. I hate rip offs.
