I see.. well next time try spray glueing the bullnose on, instead of nailing or screwing. They actually have glue for that, and it's what I use for everything else as well. It's the shit when it comes to glue in a can.. it's called Perm Tex, and usually you can find it at lowes or HD, in the drywall area.

If you glue it, it stays nice and straight, eliminating curvature that you get when using screws.

Ohh stay away from metal bullnose material.. plastic is the shizzle

Audioslayve- very nice... the only thing that I can't see is how you handled ventilation?

...I thought the bartenders' ass was showing, then I looked more carefully and ralized it was just a reflection of her arm on the granite counter.

Ventilation on the TV? I didn't do much.. I cut a 3" hole to vent out the top, but other than that nothing. I tried selling him on a couple of electric fans to custom fit into the top of the cabinet, but he wasn't game. The front is not sealed, and there's quite alot of space in that opening, plus the 3" hole through the top.

Thanks for the tips! You know I think I used metal and those pan head nails last time. The bullnose got all kinds of wavy and looked like ass. If/when the opportunity presents itself again I will take your advice and see what happens, if I don't sub it out that is :-)

For the equipment and the TV. It appears that the equipment is housed behind the TV and it is all in an enclosed closet.

After a second look, I think I was combining in my head the equipment from another post and that it is actually a pantry behind the TV.

Spent the morning hand trenching OD conduit around a pond and waterfall. The a$$wipe landscaper was supposed to do it but only ran 6' across one section of walkway. After 5' I hit the first water line, didn't realize it til I noticed a hissing and burbling that wasn't coming from the waterfall. Just a little 1/4" plasitic drip irrigation line that was 1" below surface. This one pissed me off, the landscaper was given complete instructions on where to run the underground conduit, well at least it's T&M.

Hey uh, Phil... You should use one of those tree-limb "Y" things... where you hold onto it and when you walk over a water pipe, it will "pull" towards the water... like the farmers used to use to find underground springs and crap.

Not today but about 2 weeks agoI took some crappy cell phone pics of a B&W Nautilus system we set up.

The system was crazy

Nautilus fronts
HTM1D center
800D's for rears
(2) Jl Fathoms (recently exchanged for 2 GOTHAMS!?!?!)
All classe amps(4 per front,2 for center,etc..)
Lexicon processing and cabling from Kimber cable.

All in all it was over 200k for the equipment for just that room.
Once I figure out how to get the pics out of my cell phone I'll post them.

Can I just email the pics to myself?

Jobs have turned more and more commercial, but the resis I get are just killer and fortunately I have to choose which day to take off, since there's so much work. Took the entire day off and this typing is the hardest thing I've done all day.
A good answer is easier with a clear question giving the make and model of everything.
