No,

the sample scripts and guide will go on the professional section of the website.

This feature offers the possibility to use full 2-way communication between the Pronto control system and any IP or RS232 controlled device/ system. Philips, together with Pronto partners are providing complete modules that can easily be used by installers. For experienced installers / distributors it is also possible to develop own ProntoScript modules.

The modules are available via the Pronto website for Pronto certified installers.

The available modules cover different Custom Installation categories.

For AV Receivers, modules are available for:

Denon
Marantz
Onkyo
Yamaha

For Lighting systems, modules are available for:

iLight
DynaLite
LiteTouch
Lutron HomeWorks
For Climate control, modules are available for:

Aprilaire
For AV servers, modules are available for:

Kaleidescape Server systems
Other ProntoScript modules are being created and will become available later this year.

PC software for MCE

This software is required to control the music of the Windows Media Center Edition via the Pronto panel. It can be purchased at the company HighDef and has been customized to work with the TSU9600.

In the Developer's Guide you can find on http://www.pronto.philips.com, you find several ready-to-use scripts you can copy and paste into your configuration file. There are scripts available for adding a volume bar on your screens, adding toggle buttons and radio buttons to your screen,...

I cannot login to the Professional area at this time. It worked a few minutes ago but not now. Maybe they are updating or something. I'd like to see the developers guide.

Philips explained on the Beta Forum that WPA was a rather chatty protocol and caused large decrease in battery life. They are investigating possibilities but WPA at this time was not battery-effective.

Hi have downloaded and installed but am having the same problem that I had with the previous version in that the install does not correctly extract the IR Database. Can someone let me know where this database.db file should be saved.

I think the problem is caused by permission rights under vista not allowing the install to save to the directory

Thanks

I am looking on the professional section of the site. I don't think the Prontoscriptguide is there already.

I have run the beta for the past two months under Vista without any problems whatsoever.

Note that the install kit for ProntoEdit needs to be run under XP Compatibility Mode. ProntoEdit itself runs fine without compatibility mode.

[I run Vista with User Account Control turned off.]

Just an update. I just installed the new version (1.1.20) and I did not have to set the installation kit into compatibilty mode.
