Not that we can do anything different/better with the XP, since we don't have access to the rest of the stuff. LOL

But it does give a nice path for us to step up to full line dealers on projects where the future opportunity may be there.

Why not stop at the question rather than continue on with a useless, ignorant comment? Last time a buddy of mine stepped up it cost about 14k. Considering the price differences between full Crestron and Prodigy, the fact that it included lighting, HVAC, touch panels, remotes, audio distribution and audio sources as well as 4 days of free training I'd wager it's a pretty good investment.

Yours is among the most stupid comments I've read in some time.

Your the one who did not read the question correctly, I am asking a question! People at Avad are going to eventually want to become full on Crestron dealers, again How much do they require Prodigy dealers to sell in order for them to be considered for Crestron dealership. I am not asking for a price comaprison.

I'm guesssing $50K per year.

Will the Prodigy HDMI Matrix support varying levels of video and audio resolution depending on display/audio end devices, rather than the "lowest common denominator" of other HDMI switchers (based on EDID limitations)? From what little I can ascertain from the spec sheets of the room receivers and matrix switcher, the components look similar to the big brother DM series components, which DO scale video to the display's resolution (and it appears downmix to 2-channel audio as well).

I just had prodigy training and they went over them today. there is a 6x4 and 6x6 coming out. 1.4 complient with ethernet stream and loseless audio. someone correct me if i mis understood.

Over a single proprietary cable that can be terminated in the field is simply amazing. Also they will be releasing the 1,000 foot fiber system to prodigy sometime 3rd quarter of 2012 with a 10,000 foot run!!

He showed some slides of the new OS-3 and it looks awesome!
